Get access to transformation object with a given index, which transforms a local logical coordinate system to global one.

Returns
Pointer to transformation if it is accessible, or nullptr.

Implemented in iipr::CMultiBitmapCacheComp, and iipr::CSearchBasedFeaturesSupplierComp.
